How will my order be delivered?

All orders are picked up and delivered by Rhenus Logistics. They will deliver your order directly to you. Please ensure your address and contact details are correct. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses as someone needs to sign for the order.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Orders placed with cleared payments before 11AM daily are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 11AM are dispatched the next business day. Main centres are delivered within 24-48 hours. Regional and outlying areas are delivered within 3-5 business days.

Can I collect my order to avoid a delivery charge?

Yes! You can collect your order from our office in Centurion. Just select the collection option on the cart page before checking out. This ensures you don't pay for delivery. We will alert you when the order is ready for collection and send you our address details.

All devices are repaired at our own repair centre in Centurion. NO DEVICES ARE SENT OVERSEAS FOR REPAIRS.
