What warranty do GoRugged products have?

All products that are bought from GoRugged are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty unless specified differently on the product page.

How will my order be delivered?

All our orders are picked up and delivered by Rhenus Logistics. They will deliver your order directly to you. Please make sure that your address and contact details that you've provided are correct to ensure they can get to you ASAP! Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses as someone needs to sign for the order.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Orders placed with cleared payments before 11AM daily are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed with cleared payments after 11AM daily are dispatched the next business day.

Main centres are delivered within 24-48 hours.

Regional and outlying area orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.

Can I collect my order to avoid a delivery charge?

Yes! You can collect your order from our office in Centurion. Please see our website for the address and directions. You just need to select the collection option on the cart page before checking out. This will ensure you don't pay for delivery. We will then alert you when the order is ready for collection and send you our address details.

Where will my device be fixed if broken?

All devices are repaired at our own  repair centre in Centurion. NO DEVICES ARE SENT OVERSEAS FOR REPAIRS.
